Favorable location, the free parking was available.

I loved the room with a bathtub, and it had great amenities like climate control, a multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar. The hotel's location was perfect, near main streets, a good restaurant, train station, and shopping. I felt safe during my stay.

The location was incredibly convenient as it was right outside a metro exit, making it easy to explore the city. I also loved how close I was to Xihu, which was within comfortable walking distance. The room itself was spacious and stylishly decorated, with modern amenities like USB charging ports and remote-controlled appliances. It was a pleasant surprise to have music playing automatically when I entered the room with my key card. The separate toilet and shower were a nice touch, although the frosted panels were slightly translucent. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast provided, which had a delicious spread of different foods.

One of the best aspects was the service, the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful with anything I needed. The room itself was comfortable, with a dining table and garden furniture, and there were even dining and lounge areas available. Lastly, the leisure facilities were fantastic, I particularly enjoyed the billiard tables.
